Engineered and productized a line of high-voltage devices and pulsed inverters (15 W - 35 kW).

Mechanical integration and materials selected for HV safety: clearances/creepage, insulation, EMC, grounding.

Cable routing and component layout optimized to minimize parasitics, cross-talk and for aesthetics as well (for transparent enclosures)

Thermal design: heatsink/fan sizing matched to dissipation; verified with calculations and endurance tests.

Structural checks where needed to ensure enclosures and fasteners withstand vibration, handling and other loads.
