IGBT pulsed power modules

Designed a family of high-power IGBT modules for pulsed and continuous duty: up to 2.1 MW peak and 40 kW continuous.

Mechanical & thermal layout with minimized parasitic inductance (short current paths, compact busbars).

Thermal management: heatsink and fan sizing matched to module dissipation; performance confirmed by calculations and bench tests.

All modules passed validation and the designes has been in serial production since release.
