Large-format CNC (2×3 m). Stiffness ~20 kN/mm; composite load-bearing parts.

Designed a gantry-type CNC and owned the bed, side columns, and vertical column.

Adopted a composite bed (steel + synthetic granite) to balance stiffness, damping, and manufacturability.

Selected a steel frame with permanent formwork. Iterated FEA and design until the target global/local stiffness was reached.

Modeled a cast-iron bed variant to benchmark stiffness, material utilization, and cost.

Delivered manufacturing drawings and welding procedures; bed and columns were successfully welded into a single structure.
